Payton’s Christmas List

Greenway Meadows Park

The boys did their gingerbread house today.

 

Later, we went to the Christmas tree lighting in Palmer Square.

 

 

Happy Thanksgiving!

Had the boys decorate turkeys.

  

Later we had Thanksgiving dinner at Tim’s coworker’s place. It was really nice of them to have us over.

Payton’s Thanksgiving Preschool Program

Payton had his Thanksgiving preschool program today. It was really cute. His class sang and recited poems. Afterward was a nice Thanksgiving lunch.

Trenton half

Did the Trenton Half today. Awesome run and I even got my best time. I was so happy, and couldn’t believe I got under two hours again and shaved over 3 minutes from my Philly Rock and Roll half time. The course was nice. We ran over two bridges, through a nice park that had a big hill and ended in Trenton Thunder Stadium. The hill was tough when I got to it but it was nice having that challenge. I thought the best part was finishing in the Stadium because we ran all the bases and the finish line ended at home plate.

Payton’s Preschool Halloween Parade/party

Today was Payton’s rescheduled Halloween Parade/Party. It was really cute. They strolled out and then did some songs/poems and a dance. Payton did great! After their performance, they got to eat yummy treats and play fun games.

Back at home, Payton got a nice treat from his teachers. They gave him a new book. He couldn’t wait to read it. :)

 

Halloween celebrated on 11/5

With Hurricane Sandy’s destruction Halloween was officially moved to November 5th. The boys did go trick or treating and had a good time.

Power back

Power finally came back early this morning. So thankful for the friends that let us stay in their homes to warm up or just charge up. It’s so nice to have heat and a fridge. Thank you thank you thank you!
