The boys ran their first race today…well sorta. Payton was all psyched to run before the actual race, but when the time came and he was supposed to go, he dropped to his knees and didn’t want to go. :p It was still fun. I took Collin and had to go back for Payton. They both still got their medals. :)
I also ran. It was my first 5k on the East coast. I can’t even remember the last time I did a 5k. I actually did pretty good. My time of 27:02.6 got me 3rd place for my age group. I couldn’t believe it. They even gave me a trophy. :)
