We celebrated dad’s birthday today. It was a good time. I think Payton enjoyed the party although he slept most of the time again. :p
There was lots of good food, but my favorite was the bbq beef brought by Auntie Cel.

Tim and I decided it’d be cool to invite the fam over for July 4th. Ate, Nathan, Trevor, Kajon, Amabelle, & Tyler came over. Mom and dad also dropped by. We bbq’d some burgers and hot dogs and afterwards played some badminton in the back yard. Below are some pics.
Everyone left before the fireworks started. We did not expect so many different big firework displays just in our neighborhood. Below is a video that Tim took to give you an idea of the fireworks we saw that night.

Kabon came over on Saturday and took pictures of Payton. They turned out great! Here are my favorites.
Here are some pictures from Payton’s last week or so. He’s awake more than before, although he still likes to sleep through our daily walks. He’s eating lots and getting bigger! I think he is close to 8 lbs now.
Tim’s parents came to visit Payton. We went on some walks, visited my parents, and also visited the Lake Forest Park Farmer’s market. Below are pics during their visit.
